About DLRestoreMap
DLRestoreMap is a calm, statute-pinned procedural decoder for US drivers post-suspension. We exist because every state DMV runs its own restoration portal, but there is no consumer-readable cross-state synthesis with a calculator and a decoder. We build that synthesis carefully and cite our sources.
What this site is
- A 50-state matrix of suspension causes, IID, SR-22, and hardship-license rules.
- An interactive decoder that turns state + cause + prior count into a structured procedural verdict.
- Every claim pinned to a state DMV portal or state legislature URL, with a last-verified date on every page.
- Mobile-primary, client-side-only — decoder inputs never leave your device.
What this site is not
- Not a law firm and not legal advice. For your specific case, consult a licensed DUI / traffic-defense attorney admitted to your state bar.
- Not the DMV. We are not affiliated with any state government or agency.
- Not a CDL site. Commercial-driver disqualification under 49 CFR §383.51 is federally preempted and out of scope.
- Not an insurance-quote engine. The SR-22 router on the decoder points to state-eligible carriers; it is not a quote-comparison product.
- Not a document-upload service. We never process PDFs or images of your case file.
Methodology
Every state-rule claim on this site is pinned to one of: a state DMV portal, a state legislature URL, or Cornell LII for federal preemption anchors. Justia, Nolo, and DUI-defense-firm blog posts are used as supplementary cross-references only — never load-bearing. Where a state cell could not be verified against primary source in this research wave, the cell ships as a visible PLACEHOLDER block rather than a fabricated rule.
IID rules are the highest-stakes data layer on this site. Wrong IID claims can put drivers in non-compliance with a court order. We carry a per-state IID-administrator URL alongside the state DMV URL, run a quarterly state-DMV-fee-table refresh, and re-verify the IID matrix against each state's primary source on an annual cadence.
Reviewer attribution
DLRestoreMap reviewers are real DUI / traffic-defense attorneys with active DMV-administrative-hearing practice. Where reviewer recruitment is in progress, the site renders a Pattern H placeholder block in lieu of an attribution rather than fabricating a reviewer name. We never publish a fake credential.
Who runs it
DLRestoreMap is operated by Desymphony EOOD, a Bulgarian limited liability company (Sofia, BG). Schema.org Organization.legalName is set accordingly. The visible brand stays "DLRestoreMap." Contact: info@desymphony.com.
